Client: Neuro Foundation Project

Project: Domain-specific Soft Skills & Computer Skills Training at Various Levels of the Work Hierarchy

Training needs identified : Poor computer usage skills, lack of tech-report writing & patient-oriented communication skills, no proper pre & post-assessments, etc.
Outcome:
  • Creation of tailor-made training modules for the entire staff of more than 300 working at various levels in the organisation based on the identified needs.
  • Providing assignments on the training imparted with the actual usage of the new-found ways of working with computers, spoken language, reports, pre & post-assessments ending with certifications, etc.
